About Us
In 2010–2011, the Department of Electrical Engineering was founded. The Department of Electrical Engineering at Padm. Dr. V. B. Kolte College of Engineering is dedicated to providing students with a technical education that is both high-quality and value-added. The highly educated faculty, the facilities, and the efficient teaching and learning process are the department’s strong cornerstones for both undergraduate and graduate programmes. In 2013–2014, the first group of B.E. (Electrical) graduates graduated with honours. Electrical Engineering B.E. and Electrical Engineering Electronics and Power M.E. programmes are offered by the department. In the year 2012, the department began the two-year Master of Engineering (M.E.)
The student is given many possibilities to grow and succeed outside of basic academics in curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular pursuits like research, skill development, higher education, industrial training, and placements. With the aim of delivering high-quality education in the field of electrical engineering, the department has fully developed laboratories outfitted to the demands of the department as well as the institute. The department has established the program’s goals, and every effort is being made to help achieve them.
