The Training and Placement Office of Padm. Dr. V. B. Kolte College of Engineering, Malkapur conducted three days “Connect with Work” Life skill development program in association with Rubicon Skill Development Pvt. Ltd (NGO Partners- Tomorrows Foundation) from 03rd March to 5th March 2020. 50 students of final year Engineering attended the training program. This training covered many aspects of personality development and employability skill like Organizational structure, working culture, public speaking, presentation skill, Email Etiquette, group discussion and personal interview etc.
