Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in year 2010-11. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Padm. Dr. V. B. Kolte College of Engineering is committed for value added quality technical education in Computer Science and Engineering. The strong pillars of our department for UG and PG program- the highly educated faculty, infrastructure and effective teaching learning process. The first batch of B.E. (Computer Science) came out in the year 2013-14 with flying colors. The department runs B. E. (Computer Science and Engineering) and M.E. (Computer Engineering) courses. The department started the two years of Master of Engineering (M.E) in the year 2012. In addition to core academics, the student are provided with plenty of opportunities to develop and excel in curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular areas such as research, skills development, higher studies, industrial training and placements. The department has full-grown computer laboratories outfitting to the computing needs of the department as well as the institute, with the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer Science & Engineering Department. The department has defined the program outcomes and all good initiatives are undertaken to facilitate and fulfill the same.
