About T & P
The Training and Placement Cell of VBKCOE, Malkapur handles campus placement of B.E & Poly. The Placement Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies.
The department is geared up to provide its quality services not only in employment to students during studies, but also their employability through well planned and organized training and personality development programmes and their development to face the corporate world. The cell also organizes seminars, group discussions, and mock interviews as a part of career guidance and personality development.
So Far VBKCOE has placed more than 400 students in 20+ different companies either by inviting companies for campus drive or arranging the Off-Site Interview. Students from not only VBKCOE but from various other colleges have participated in the Open Pool Campus.
It serves as single point contact for the organization on various industry-institute initiatives like campus recruitment, industrial training, guest lecture, Alumni Lectures. In addition to this the T&P Department provide guidance to student Desirous of pursuing higher education.

Mission
- To provide sufficient training on aptitude test, group discussion, presentation, communication skill, soft skill, facing HR and Technical interviews, to enhance the employability of the student.
- To make the student aware about the corporate culture and career opportunities by organizing guest lecture, work shop, seminars and industrial training by experienced personnel from the industry.
- To partner with renowned organizations from the industry and organize recruitment drives for our student within and outside the campus.
