Government Seats:


Admission process for Government quota seats will be carried out as per the schedule declared by the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (Maharashtra State) from time to time. Polytechnic interested candidates are advised to see the website of Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE).

 Institute level Seats:


The detailed admission process for Institute Level candidates will be notified on announcement from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. All the relevant details for admission for Institute / Minority candidates will be displayed on college notice board and on college website (www.coemalkapur.ac.in) from time to time. The principal of this institute will invite applications for the Institute Level seats available by giving publicity in the leading newspapers. “Aspiring candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria given below should apply directly to the Principal.” Such seats will be filled by institute strictly on merit basis at institute level.

 Seats Remaining Vacant after CAP Round and Institute Level Round:


Admission process for the seats remaining vacant after CAP round and Institute Level round will be carried out separately. Schedule will be displayed on the Notice board as well on the web site of the institute. All such seats will be filled by institute strictly on merit basis at institute level. The above Admission Process has been outlined based on direction of MSBTE.

 Eligibility Criteria For First Year Post SSC


(1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates. –

(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;

(ii) Passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or its equivalent, with at least 35% aggregate marks.

Note (1). –for candidates passing SSC from Maharashtra State Board:– The candidates passing SSC with, Math’s/Mathematics (Code 71) and Science & Technology (Code 72) are only eligible. Note (2). –Other than Maharashtra State Candidates shall be eligible for Institution quota only
